Our Agility in Organizations™ curriculum enables leaders to assess their organization’s culture and understand how it can either hinder or support more agile working methods.
Through six key modules outlined below, we offer practical strategies for leaders to identify, focus on, and accelerate organizational change.
- Organizational Culture: Organizational culture can significantly impede agility. We guide leaders in recognizing their culture and understanding how its strengths and weaknesses can either facilitate or obstruct agile practices.
- Agile Organizations: Many agile transformations fail to achieve their intended outcomes. We help leaders navigate the pitfalls of top-down and bottom-up approaches, advocating for an effective, inside-out, values-driven program to maintain agility.
- Shaping an Agile Culture: Cultural change goes beyond simply posting slogans on walls; it requires a deliberate focus on values driven by leadership. We teach leaders to leverage structures, policies, and metrics to cultivate and sustain an agile culture.
- Leading Agile Change: Just as many agile transformations fail, so do most change initiatives. We explore the reasons behind these failures and show leaders how to engage the organization in a shared ownership model to ensure successful change.

- Agile Coaching: Every organization is distinct. We assist both leadership teams and individual leaders in applying these techniques within their specific organizational context and developing actionable next steps for shaping their organizations.
